How we ask for reviews

Who we invite

Every trader who placed at least one trade in a trading competition round that has closed, whatever their result: winners, traders who finished lower down, and traders whose round ended under a rule. Traders who entered but never placed a trade are not invited, because they have no round to review. Pipstone house traders and anyone who works with Pipstone are never invited.

When and how

One invitation, within 7 days of the round closing. It is sent through Trustpilot's own invitation system, so the review is marked "Invited" on Trustpilot. Everyone receives the same message. The review is public and is hosted by Trustpilot, not by us.

What we never do

• We never offer anything in return for a review: no credit, no free entry, no prize, no faster payout, no special role.
• We never invite only winners, only happy traders, or only people who received a prize.
• We never ask staff, family, contractors, affiliates or creators we work with to review Pipstone.
• We never write reviews of Pipstone or of any competitor, and we do not use AI to write them.
• We never flag or report a review because it is negative.

How we reply

We reply to every review, and to every one-star review within 48 hours. If a round ended under a rule, we name the rule and the number involved. We never post a trader's account data in public.
